		<description>Thanks for putting this up.  I just ran into the issue today when trying to upgrade a client&#039;s Norton AntiVirus.  The upgrade file would download - then pop up the error &quot;the specified path does not exist&quot; .   I tried everything I could think of, then found your post.  After uninstalling the Trust Suite my upgrade worked perfectly.

		<description>OMG - I have been fighting this issue for weeks, and tonight I find 2 articles nailing it - I am using a Dell Latitude D630. In my case, the &quot;access denied&quot; comes about when creating NEW files while offline. Thanks heaps.</description>
